Five Keys to Happiness!
Each of us, he explains, human happiness, in a different way! There are so many books, essays and songs, written, in some aspects of this concept, but few of us, in fact, overcoming obstacles, continue, in a fun way! After more than forty years, of personal growth / development, and self-help, conferences and programs, I often think, what goes into this feeling / feelings, etc., and possible ways, to look at, everything, to focus on one's path, as a challenge, to win, rather than, some, be a crippling problem! With that in mind, the text will try, briefly, look at, explore, review and discuss, using the memorization method, what this means and what it represents, and why it is important.
1. Respect; decent; head / heart; healing: Most of the claim, continuing with personal fame, brings them great joy, and self-satisfaction! So, is it not reasonable for the UA to continue, in a way, which we consider to be decent, in order to improve our self-confidence, etc.? To do that, it is important to continue, mentally / emotionally, looking, both, for logical, and emotional reasons, that can make us feel better about ourselves! When a person goes on, personally, in a healing way, it is usually, in a way, happy!
2. Attitude; attention; actions: Only, when you move on, forward, you have a mind, but, good, what you can do, attitude, not a loser - one, where his mind, will allow him to pay attention, reasons, succeed, rather than focus on, all possible reasons, why, man may not know ! This should go hand in hand, with personal actions, emphasizing, fulfilling your best interests, while, at the same time, making you feel so much better!
3. Personal; priorities; Ideas: Will you consider, your personal needs, interests, priorities, and ideas, which can make a big difference, better?
4. Purpose; planning: Have you ever given yourself time, made a concerted effort to move forward, dedicated yourself, explored, from neck to top, in a realistic and purposeful way? It takes purposeful planning, accomplishing your best - interests!
5. Yes: Instead of negative, hopeless, suicidal, thinking, achieving real happiness, it requires, skill, to do well, say, Yes, to your interests, and to the use of your efforts, to be happy, as much as possible!
Are you ready, willing, and able to commit, being, HAPPY, and will take all necessary steps, etc., to achieve this feeling of satisfaction? If you want to be happy, for the rest of your life!
